You are comfortable working across departments and geographies, enabling faster and better decision-making by ensuring accurate data, organised proposals, and meaningful insights - acting as a key operational partner to both Supply Chain and Commercial & Financial leadership.
Position Overview
· RFQ & Proposal Coordination
This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring accurate cost construction, coordinated vendor engagement, and structured RFQ execution across the European business.
· Cost Modelling & Pricing Analysis
The position plays an integral part in pricing development and supply selection by building cost models, analysing vendor proposals, and structuring commercial comparisons. While not the final decision-maker, the role influences pricing and supply strategy through data, insights, and recommendations.
· Internal Coordination
The role acts as the central conduit between internal stakeholders and supply partners - including external vendors and internal manufacturing units, ensuring proposals are aligned, comparable, and delivered in a timely and structured manner to support final commercial approval.
· Data Integrity & Pipeline Management
Success in the role is measured by accuracy, response speed, quality of analysis, and clarity of commercial insight.
Required Experience & Skills
· Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or related discipline
· 3–7 years of experience in costing, pricing analysis, supply chain analytics, or commercial operations
· Strong Excel and data modelling capability
· Experience coordinating RFQs, tenders, or supplier proposals
· Ability to analyse multiple supply scenarios simultaneously
· Strong cross-functional communication skills
· Experience with ERP, CRM, or pipeline management tools
Advantageous
· Packaging or manufacturing industry experience
· Working with international suppliers and manufacturing plants
· Power BI or reporting dashboard experience
