Job Description

Outbound Telesales Executive (Warm Leads) - Bristol

Please note: the company's offices are on the outskirts of Bristol and not easily accessible by public transport.

5 days a week - Monday–Friday, office-based with alternate Saturdays (and obviously a day off during the relevant week)

£30K base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000–£60,000+)

You’ll be joining a high‑performing telesales team known for their energy, resilience, and strong results. All calls are made to warm leads — customers who have already expressed interest via the company website in products such as recliner chairs and mobility scooters.

This is not cold calling, and it’s not high‑pressure selling. It’s about engaging conversations, understanding customer needs, and arranging an appointment for a field specialist to help them choose the right product.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Making professional, outbound calls to warm leads requesting information
* Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
* Understanding individual needs with empathy and a clear, patient communication style
* Handling objections positively and moving conversations forward
* Booking home appointments for field consultants
* Sending brochures, handling follow‑ups, and updating the CRM
* Managing a consistent call flow and working towards realistic KPIs

Individuals from heavily inbound, complaint‑handling or relationship‑nurturing backgrounds often find this role less natural due to:

* Lower outbound volume experience
* Discomfort pushing past the first objection
* Preference for slower‑paced, customer service‑focused environments

For that reason, this role is best suited to people who enjoy proactive, structured, outbound calling.
