We're on the lookout for a Product and Sales Manager – Womenswear who can own the commercial and product development process from first sketch to final delivery — and make sure the womenswear division stays one step ahead.
Your Impact
•Grow and nurture key customer accounts, while hunting down new business opportunities.
•Oversee wovens, jersey, knitwear, and denim categories — taking designs from concept to production.
•Present sharp, trend led product ranges to buyers with confidence and clarity.
•Keep critical paths and timelines on track across design, merchandising, and production.
•Manage global supplier relationships (China, Bangladesh, India) for seamless sampling and manufacturing.
•Drive sales strategy and ensure forecasts, performance tracking, and reporting are flawless.
•Travel internationally to meet clients and suppliers — representing our brand at the highest level.
What You'll Bring
•6–10 years in womenswear product and sales within fashion retail or sourcing.
•Should have hands on experience at NEXT (Assistant Buyer, Buyer)
•Or in NEXT Sourcing supplier base (e.g. Vouge, Li & Fung, PDS) at Product/Account Manager level.
•Proven expertise in product development from design through to delivery.
•Organised, detail driven, and able to juggle multiple accounts without breaking a sweat.
•Strategic thinker with a creative eye for product and a deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, costing, and offshore manufacturing.
