Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,350 per year. We offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Booking in drivers
* Directions to bay loading in
* Creating pick lists
* Deal with day to day run of the office
* Answering emails and telephone calls
* Liaise with customer
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
* Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
* Good administrative skills
* Have a positive can-do attitude
* Experience working in a Transport role would be desirable
* Being proactive in identifying and resolving any potential issues before they occur
