Our client, a reputable and growing law firm are seeking a permanent Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in legal administration who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative and legal support to solicitors and paralegals
* Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence for the Litigation team
* Managing files, document preparation, and court filings
* Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
* Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing deadlines
* Assisting with billing and time entry
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a law firm (Litigation, desirable)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Experience working in fast paced and high-volume environments
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
