Ryder Reid is seeking an experienced and professional Facilities Coordinator for a temporary position at a prestigious international law firm in London. The successful candidate will work within a small Facilities team, supporting the firm's office operations. Prior supervisory experience in facilities is essential.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Maintaining office supplies and stationary stock.
2. Handling and distributing incoming post.
3. Assisting with new joiner and temporary setup arrangements.
4. Responding to general maintenance requests.
5. Assisting with office moves.
6. Supporting fire safety and health and safety compliance.
7. Occasionally performing reception duties.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, diligent, capable of multitasking, and able to work effectively within a team. Immediate availability is required, and prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment at a facilities coordinator level is essential.
