About the RoleWhat the role entails: You'll coordinate routine machinery maintenance schedules, as well as the scheduling of work orders (requested maintenance or repair). You will be assisting with the administering of contracts and contractors (including completion of Permits to Work), and assisting in monitoring site utilities (including meter readings). Utilising our CMM System, you'll set up and administrate user accounts, generate PPM checklists, schedules, and other relevant documentation. You'll also report on expenditure, PPM completion rates, and machinery downtime. Stores Coordination: You'll take ownership of our Engineering Stores, maintaining a balance of well-organised stock and replacement of critical parts. For spare parts, you'll have the opportunity to select Preferred Suppliers, negotiating cost-effective prices, collaborating with the Maintenance Manager.
