We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lincoln, starting as soon as possible. The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with individuals and small groups of pupils to support their learning, social skills, and engagement in class. You will help implement individualised strategies, support interventions, and monitor progress to ensure pupils achieve their potential.
You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and colleagues to provide consistent support across the school. Effective communication with parents and carers will also be an important aspect of the role.

* Support pupils with special educational needs in class and during interventions
* Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and targeted strategies
* Observe and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and SENCo
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development

* Collaborate effectively with teachers and colleagues
* Communicate with parents and carers where appropriate
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
