What You’ll Need Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or equivalent senior nursing role. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, DoLS, and compliance. What You’ll Do Support the Home Manager with the clinical and operational leadership of the service. Ensure high standards of nursing care, compliance, and safeguarding. Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care teams on shift. Monitor audits, care plans, and regulatory requirements.
