Client Administrator – Investment Management

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Management team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

You will collaborate with experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers to learn and develop your skills.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

* Working closely with Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients
* Coordinating with operational teams for activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and data changes
* Preparing meeting packs and valuations
* Supporting investment managers in preparing pitches and presentations
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies

Skills and Experience

To succeed, you should have:

* Experience in the financial services industry with investment management background
* Ambition to develop a career in financial services
* A strong client service ethic
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and workload planning ability
* Judgment and problem-solving skills

Desired:

* Knowledge of Investments, Pensions, and Life Assurance is preferred
