We’re looking for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales growth, elevate the customer experience, and lead day-to-day trading across multiple ecommerce channels. This role blends commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. You’ll manage a team of three and work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, operations, and creative teams to deliver best-in-class digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own trading performance across all international markets, delivering against revenue and margin targets.
* Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, sessions) and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
* Manage the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring alignment with brand marketing and key seasonal moments.
* Oversee all onsite and app merchandising, ensuring product and content accuracy.
* Support the CRO roadmap by driving A/B testing and initiatives to improve conversion and user experience.
* Lead the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and checkout.
* Own ecommerce reporting, dashboards, and weekly trading updates for senior leadership.
Skills & Experience
* 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce trading (fashion or activewear preferred).
* Proven experience managing and developing teams.
* Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and digital trading drivers.
* Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into impactful actions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and creative.
* Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable results.
