The Finance Business Partner will provide financial expertise and support within the industrial sector, partnering with commercial and operational teams. This role will involve producing monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, whilst playing a key role in maintaining financial controls. Description Finance Business Partner responsibilities include; Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis. Business partnering with operational and commercial teams. Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement cost management initiatives to enhance profitability. Identify process improvements across finance and operations Profile A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience Previous experience within a Management Accountant/ Business partnering role Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style Multi-site experience desirable Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
