Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable using Xero.
* Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
* Update creditors and payment schedules in Excel.
* Support sales invoicing, debt collection, and supplier queries.
* Help produce Project P&Ls and manage payroll timesheets.
