Are you ready to sell more than just properties? In this sales role, you’ll be offering a transformative retirement experience that can give people a whole new lease on life!


Your Key Responsibilities

* Manage sales inquiries, keeping track of volume and timelines.
* Engage with potential customers, fostering informative and helpful relationships.
* Generate new appointments through organized outbound calls from our existing database.
* Provide engaging information to interested customers, showcasing our properties through visual aids and in-person viewings.
* Support events designed to introduce potential customers to our brand.
* Maintain a welcoming sales environment, ensuring our sales office and suites are always presentable.
* Handle inquiries via phone, internet leads, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments.
* Present our brand knowledgeably, guiding inquiries through a structured sales program to maximize interest.


What We’re Looking For

* Previous sales and face-to-face customer service experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
* Proven track record of delivering high customer service.
* Experience in a results-driven role.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure in a target-oriented environment.
* Computer literacy is a must.
* A team player with outstanding organizational skills.
* Good knowledge of the local area.
* A full UK/EU driving license and access to your own transport are required.
