Vehicle Technician - Franchised Motor Dealership - Salisbury. Location: Salisbury Area. Salary: £39,000 basic; £45,000 OTE. 42.5 hours per week. Driving licence required.
A leading automotive group is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their Salisbury-based dealership, working with a premium brand. If youre experienced in diagnostics, high-level repairs, and mentoring others, this is a great opportunity to lead in a modern, high-performing workshop.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard in a franchised dealership setting.
* Perform high-level diagnostics and repairs using appropriate equipment.
* Mentor and coach junior technicians and apprentices as required.
* Collaborate with a premium brand workshop team to maintain workshop efficiency.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Strong diagnostic and technical skills
* Experience in a dealership or fast-paced workshop
* Full UK driving licence
