The role:

We are seeking a
Technical Services Administrator
to support the integration of technical services following the acquisition of our customer. This role will provide essential Salesforce administration and technical publication support while ensuring seamless customer service during the migration to a new system. The Administrator will also contribute to CSDB migration projects and perform updates to military technical publication documents.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration – Technical Publications

* Manage and monitor the Salesforce inbox for the joint Tech Pubs organization.
* Screen customer inquiries by validating accounts, domains, and emails.
* Update Salesforce case records with accurate details.
* Assign cases to the correct queue or individual.
* Perform revision checks for customers when manuals are not yet available in the system.
* Coordinate with system teams to ensure requested documents are uploaded and accessible.
* Assist customers and approved third-party MROs with system sign-ups and migrations.

Salesforce Administration – Technical Support

* Manage the Salesforce inbox for the joint Technical Support organization.
* Validate and screen customer inquiries.
* Update Salesforce case details.
* Route cases to the appropriate team or individual.

CSDB Migration

* Support the migration of technical publication documents from one CSDB to another and support impacted organisations.

Technical Publications Updates

* Edit and update military technical publications in an SGML environment (PTC Arbortext and Adobe FrameMaker required).
* Develop and modify technical illustrations using IsoDraw.
* Support documentation updates for platforms

To be considered for this opportunity

* UK Citizenship required
* Experience with Salesforce administration and case management.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in SGML editing tools such as PTC Arbortext and Adobe FrameMaker.
* Experience with IsoDraw for technical illustrations.
* Knowledge of CSDB systems such as UltraCSDB, HiCo etc. a plus.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
