The Maintenance Worker will help ensure that all internal and external aspects of the scheme, including the fabric of the building, its furnishings and equipment are clean and well maintained to a high standard and will:
12. Detail and work with a planned maintenance programme
13. Identify and act on any repairs that are required
14. Ensure the completion of repairs and maintenance activity personally or via contractors
15. Collect and deliver items locally, including repair materials and furniture
