Main Dealer Service Advisor
Reputable and organised main dealer in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for its front‑of‑house team. The role is fast‑paced, with a focus on customer experience, teamwork and communication.
Responsibilities
* Support the service reception team with day‑to‑day customer activity
* Act as the key point of contact for customers from booking through to vehicle collection
* Liaise with the workshop to ensure jobs progress smoothly and efficiently
* Provide clear, professional updates to customers throughout the service process
* Highlight additional work opportunities where appropriate and customer‑led
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or similar environment
* Strong communication skills with a customer‑first approach
* Ability to stay organised in a busy, team‑based aftersales environment
* Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with customers
* A collaborative attitude and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
* £30,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year)
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am‑6:00pm (1‑hour lunch)
* 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00am‑12:30pm
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
