The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining fire safety systems, adhering to relevant British Standards (e.g., BS 9999, BS 7671 for electrical aspects) and industry best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire safety regulations, and excellent diagnostic and repair skills. Key Responsibilities: Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire and smoke dampers in accordance with relevant British Standards (e.g., BS 9999) and manufacturer guidelines.
