🔧 Production Leader (Projects)

We're looking for a proactive and driven Production Leader (Projects) to play a key role in planning, leading, and delivering engineering overhauls and improvement projects across our network.
What You'll Do
As Production Leader (Projects), you'll oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of engineering projects — from planning and resource allocation to quality, safety, and performance management.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Production Planning & Scheduling: Create and manage detailed production plans to meet project deadlines and improve future overhaul strategies.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams, managing specification and risk assessment reviews.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure work meets required safety and quality standards through regular audits and inspections.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows using lean techniques and continuous improvement principles.
* Resource Management: Quantify and manage personnel, tooling, and welfare resources needed for project success.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Fleet Technical, Production, Safety and Environmental teams to deliver best‑in‑class mobilisation.
* Reporting: Maintain clear documentation and report regularly on progress, performance, and outcomes.
You’ll Bring
