Our client specialises in key construction projects including new build and refurbishments of hotel and leisure, commercial, industrial, health and education. We have an opportunity for a Temporary Facades Site Manager based at Bournemouth City Centre. The project involves 4 blocks with student accommodation apartments plus some retails, commercial and community space. The role of Facades Manager is to start January 2026 for 4 Weeks !!!! You MUST have a proven career history and experience of working on externals and facades projects including cladding and facades on RC frame – ideally hotels or student accommodation or Luxury Tower block apartments. Responsibilities as Externals Site Manager * Carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade; * Managing and being the principal contact for the facade contractor commercially and operationally; * Managing any delays/problems on-site; * Producing a program of works; * Managing quality control; * Reporting progress to site Management and recording progress against a program deadline; * Required to keep within the budget; * Will be directly responsible for the day-to-day facade construction of the project; * Inspecting the work carried out; ...
