A professional chartered surveying consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering residential projects across the Southeast.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
Joining the companys London office, the Partners are seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate the ability to lead a project from inception to completion with minimal support. However, there will always be support whether from the junior surveyors or senior management team.
Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved on an impressive countryside property extension including a pool-house and a large landscaping project, a £25m private property, and other small schemes to get stuck into.
The Quantity Surveyor
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
MRICS or working towards
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Pre and post contract experience
Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
