We are seeking compassionate, resilient Teaching Assistants to join a highly individualised alternative provision supporting children and young people who have struggled to thrive in mainstream education. This is not a traditional classroom setting. Our provision is built around relationships first, emotional regulation, and meeting young people exactly where they are. Many of our pupils have experienced trauma, anxiety, school refusal, or social and emotional challenges — and our work focuses on rebuilding trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
