Deputy Care Manager (Home Care) – Farnham

We are recruiting a Deputy Care Manager to support the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care (home care) services to elderly and vulnerable adults in Farnham, Fleet and Farnborough
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well-established care provider with clear progression to Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities – Deputy Care Manager
* Support the Registered Care Manager in the daily running of the domiciliary care service
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and work towards Good/Outstanding ratings
* Supervise, support, and develop a team of Care Assistants / Care Workers
* Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and performance reviews
* Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and reviews
* Monitor and report on KPIs and service performance
* Maintain accurate care records and documentation
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
* Participate in the on-call rota
* Provide hands‑on care support when required
Requirements – Deputy Care Manager
Essential:
* Experience in domiciliary care / home care
* Previous role as Senior Carer, Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, or Deputy Manager
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Good IT skills (Google Drive / care systems)
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Level 3 or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
