Real Estate Finance | International Law Firm | London
A leading international law firm is continuing to make significant strategic investments in the growth of its Real Estate Finance practice in London and is actively seeking to hire multiple associates as part of this expansion.
The London team forms an integral part of a highly cohesive and well-established global platform, regularly advising on sophisticated, cross-border real estate finance transactions. This includes complex and often high-value debt structures, portfolio financings, development financings, and multi-jurisdictional deals involving a broad range of asset classes.
Despite maintaining a relatively lean footprint in London, the team is deeply embedded within the firm’s wider international network, working seamlessly with colleagues across the US and Europe. As a result, associates benefit from meaningful international exposure and the opportunity to work on some of the market’s most interesting and technically challenging transactions.

* A genuine opportunity to join a growing team with clear long-term investment, strong deal flow, and a defined strategic vision for continued expansion in London

* A supportive environment that encourages professional development, with access to high-quality work typically associated with larger, more established teams
