Advanced Practitioner – Adult Neurodiversity Team

Salary: £42,839.00 – £46,142.00 per annum
Hours: 37 per week, full‑time
Location: Wildwood/Home working
Team: Adult Neurodiversity Team, Permanent
We’re looking for an Advanced Practitioner to lead complex casework for autistic adults and those with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles. You’ll support colleagues through supervision and mentoring, and help shape service delivery in a strengths‑based, person‑centred, inclusive service.
Responsibilities
* Lead on complex casework for autistic adults and neurodivergent individuals.
* Provide frontline supervision and mentoring to social workers.
* Develop and implement practice improvements in service delivery.
* Advocate for neurodiversity and co‑production with service users.
Qualifications
* Experienced, registered social worker with strong knowledge of the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
* Skilled in managing risk and safeguarding.
* Passionate about neurodiversity and co‑production.
* Able to support and develop others through supervision and leadership.
