Location: Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Wantage, OX12 9RG
Salary: £13.95ph plus Excellent Benefits
Contract: Full Time - on site no Travel
Shift Patterns: 06:45-14:45 / 13:00-21:00 - Weekends on rota

As a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant at a Richmond Village, you will work alongside Head of Domiciliary Care in supporting with administrative and hands-on care duties.
1. Team Player: Collaboration with the Head of Domiciliary Care and other team members is crucial.
2. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly
3. Communication Skills: Effective and polite communication with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
4. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion
5. CQC Regulations: Knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards is required.
6. IT Literacy: Comfort with using technology and software.
