Job Title: CNC Miller (Programmer, however strong CNC Setters would be considered)

Salary: GBP32,000 : GBP40,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
x2981; Develop, test, and optimise CNC programmes for milling machines
x2981; Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate programme creation.
x2981; Set up CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures, ensuring proper calibration and safety compliance.
x2981; Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to programmes or machine settings.
x2981; Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
x2981; Maintain detailed records of programme versions, modifications, and machine performance data.
Qualifications
x2981; Proven experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment.
x2981; Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
x2981; CNC Milling (3 x2011;Axis)
x2981; Programming, setting, and operating ( May consider skilled Setter Operators)
x2981; Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances
x2981; Experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks and familiarity with CAM software is advantageous
x2981; Positive attitude with a focus on safety, reliability, and organisation
