7. Handle purchasing to ensure cost-effective procurement across departments.
8. Support planning and delivery of workplace projects.
9. Track progress on projects and ensure timely completion.
10. Act as a link between internal teams and external partners.
11. Maintain up-to-date office procedures and documentation.
12. Arrange travel and prepare staff itineraries.
13. Monitor staff facility usage (e.g. gym attendance).
Candidate:
14. Strong academic background
15. At least 2 years’ experience in a comparable administrative role
16. Highly proficient in office software and fast, accurate typing
17. Exceptional attention to detail and time management
18. Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure with professionalism
19. Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
20. Approachable, discreet, and confident in a team environment
21. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
22. Works well collaboratively across business support functions
