Role responsibilities
The Property Support Assistant will provide support to Transport for Wales (TfW) Commercial Property team and Finance team by maintaining property management system and provide administrative support across credit control, rent collection and general property management functions to enable efficient management of the property portfolio
* Provide support to the Commercial Property Team by having detailed knowledge and understanding of TfW\\\'s portfolios and an awareness of the tenants in occupation across the estate to generate efficiencies in managing the estate.
* Be a trusted and informed point of contact for stakeholders by developing relationships and ensuring tenants\\\' queries are dealt with in a timely manner and service quality improvements are identified and actioned.
* Obtain sales figures from tenants by being the main point of contact to feed into Turnover Calculations.
* Provide responses to tenants across the TfW estate by maintaining and managing the e-mail inbox to ensure the correct information is delivered as per timescales.
Who we\\\'re looking for
* Demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders and effective relationship management.
* Demonstrable experience in record keeping, adherence and compliance of reporting
* Good understanding of IT systems such as Microsoft 365, Excel and MS Teams and be able to use systems to produce reports.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
