Description
• Help customers with technical issues by phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Manage your daily tasks and make sure work is completed on time.
• Follow company rules, safety procedures, and data protection guidelines.
• Use digital tools and software to help solve problems and complete tasks.
• Support the team with improving systems and ways of working.
• Fix basic AV and screen-related issues using the correct equipment and software.
• Work closely with customers and team members to keep everyone updated.
• Keep clear records of jobs completed and any ongoing issues.
• Provide good customer service when speaking with customers about screen problems, updates, or content changes.
• Prepare equipment ready for installation by the engineering team.
• Replace or repair screens when needed.
• Travel to different locations across the UK may sometimes be required.
• Complete basic admin tasks and office support duties.
• Help manage stock and keep equipment organised.
• Continue learning new skills and gaining experience within the AV industry.
Requirements
• Able to work to deadlines
• Manual work is part the role, lifting screens, racking etc
• Flexible approach to work
• Use of Digital Software
• Good communication skills
• Patience, dealing with persons who are not computer literate or English is a second language.
• Driving licence would be preferred or working towards their licence
• Good organisational skills
• Good at working within a team but also some autonomy required
• Immediate start for the right candidate
• Hours may vary due to business needs
