The
CRM Campaign Executive
will support the delivery of the content marketing strategy, ensuring smooth and timely campaign deployment. You'll be at the centre of email marketing activity, reporting on campaign performance and ensuring all digital communications align with brand tone and standards.
Role Highlights
– Deliver email marketing campaigns to agreed timelines and quality standards
– Work with the wider CRM team to execute content across e-mail, social, and digital channels
– Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness weekly and monthly
– Support database management and maintain the accuracy of email lists
– Act as a brand guardian for both content quality and tone of voice
You Will Need
– Strong knowledge of email marketing, HTML, and ESP systems
– Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
– Ability to manage processes accurately with high attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Photoshop, or Dreamweaver is an advantage
– A collaborative mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude
