The Role We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join the Northern Division team. This is a key role supporting the Group Health & Safety Manager, promoting best practice across multiple live M&E projects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular site audits and inspections, producing detailed reports. * Review and monitor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). * Assist in accident and incident investigations (not leading), including taking witness statements and compiling reports. * Assist with preparing monthly Health & Safety reports. * Support operational teams to maintain consistent H&S standards across all disciplines. * Promote and embed best practice in line with company and legislative requirements.
