Role Responsibilities
As a Drainage Engineer, you will undertake maintenance and repair of drainage systems in customers' homes, providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
* HPWJ Water Ticket
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
Training & Support
Initial training includes a week at Head Office in Walsall, followed by on-site buddying with an experienced engineer. Accommodation and meals are covered where appropriate.
