Are you a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner looking to support young learners and bring positivity to an early years setting?
A warm and welcoming primary school in BS11, Bristol is seeking a passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join their team full-time from January, with the possibility of beginning before Christmas and a handover period to ensure a smooth start.
The Role
Support and engage pupils in EYFS through play-based, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities
Assist in planning and preparing EYFS learning experiences that promote progress, curiosity, and enjoyment
Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children’s individual needs and developmental milestones
Collaborate with the class teacher and wider staff team to maintain a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
Contribute to daily routines, observations, and early years provision within the setting
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children in EYFS
A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Commitment to children’s wellbeing, development, and love of learning
