Our Gunwharf Quays outlet is looking for a Store Manager who can bring the Hush spirit to life. This is an exciting chance to take the lead in a new space, creating a welcoming environment where our deliberately dressed-down style meets outstanding customer experience.
As Store Manager, you’ll inspire and support your team to deliver a seamless in-store journey and drive commercial success – all while making sure our brand feels as good as it looks. We’re after someone who’s dependable, polished, and genuinely passionate about fashion, people, and creating moments of Hush in every interaction.
Our store is at its best when the whole team is around, so you’ll be contracted to 40 hours per week – weekends included – as part of the flow of store life.
What you’ll do
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, creating a seamless and effective retail environment.
* Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the Hush brand and lifestyle.
* Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Champion the brand in-store, identifying commercial opportunities to elevate visibility and engagement.
* Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure the store always reflects the Hush aesthetic.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail management role, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
* A genuine enthusiasm for Hush and the ability to translate that passion to the customer experience.
* Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail KPIs, sales drivers, and growth opportunities.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
* A customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects brand values and builds loyalty.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and the community.
