We are exclusively working with a highly regarded fresh produce business to appoint a Commercial Manager focused on the salads category. This is a key commercial role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to take real ownership of customer relationships, category performance and growth.
The Role
1. Lead and develop retail-facing commercial relationships
2. Drive sales growth and margin performance
3. Align supply with demand across a fast-moving, perishable category
4. Work closely with procurement, operations and NPD teams
5. Identify and deliver new commercial opportunities
What We’re Looking For
6. Proven experience within fresh produce (salads or similar categories advantageous)
7. Strong understanding of retail supply dynamics
8. Commercially driven with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
9. Confident managing both customers and supply chains
10. Resilient, proactive and able to operate at pace
