What You’ll Be Doing Championing all things Health & Safety across site — from compliance and audits to training and culture. Delivering engaging inductions, toolbox talks, and training that stick. Leading incident investigations with a focus on learning and continuous improvement. Maintaining risk assessments, safe systems of work, and contingency plans. Running emergency drills, ensuring preparedness and confidence across teams. Partnering with managers, teams, and contractors to build a positive, safety-first culture. What We’re Looking For Proven Health & Safety experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced setting. NEBOSH General Certificate, or in process of. Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice. Confident communicator — able to influence from shop floor to senior management. Solid IT skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) to support reporting and training.
