In this role you will be responsible for performing safety instrumentation tests on control valves and level pressure systems, proof testing, inspections of substations as well as commercial electrical testing and installations. This is a 60/40 split between planned and reactive maintenance, working 1 in 5 weekends, with a subsequent week off after. Founded over 5 decades ago, this company create chemical stabilisers and synthesisers, as well as lubricants, heat stabilisers and plasticizers, which they supply to a variety of global industries. This company are rapidly expanding and need an experienced Controls and Instrumentation Engineer to be at the forefront of this growth. This role would suit an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer looking to join a well-respected chemical processor, where you will be important for its continued safety, offering a generous amount of paid time off per year.
