We are hiring a Test Centre Administrator in Hereford for a 6-month temporary position.
This role requires working a minimum number of hours weekly, including some Saturday mornings. Compensation details will be provided upon application.
As a Test Centre Administrator, you will support diverse candidates, ensure exam security, and provide excellent customer service in a friendly environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Welcome and check-in candidates.
* Follow exam security procedures and company policies.
* Verify identification and explain testing rules.
* Proctor exams and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
We seek a team-player with flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Ideal candidates will have school qualifications in English and Maths, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work quietly and attentively for long periods. Flexibility and professionalism are essential.
