Job Title – Workshop Engineer
Full time – 40 Hours per week (8am to 5pm Monday - Thursday & 8am – 4pm Friday)
Salary – Starting Salary of £30,000 - £33,000 dependant on experience (commission is also payable)
Location – Wolverhampton WV1
MTH Cleaning Equipment is a medium sized company reselling and repairing a wide range of pressure & floor cleaning equipment. We mainly specialise in Karcher, Nilfisk and Tennant, ranging from pressure washers to industrial floor care equipment. We are based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands and have over 45 years’ experience in the industry.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced engineer to join our workshop team. We are looking to employ an engineer with prior knowledge of the service/repair of cleaning equipment or service/repair of forklift trucks or other similar equipment. Mechanical and electrical experience essential, previous knowledge of cleaning equipment would advantageous but not essential (repair distance of approx. 50-mile radius).
Benefits include company pension scheme and company sick pay after qualifying period.
The role will involve being part of a small engineering team, but at times working alone in the workshop. Candidates should be capable of completing a job from start to finish, be proactive in their approach with excellent communication skills.
Full training will be provided by our experienced engineering team and future training direct from the manufacturers of the equipment we maintain.
