About the candidate
Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? Do you want to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment? We need a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Support Officer within our Future Ready Hubs.

About the role
You will play a vital role in providing support to students, ensuring they have access to essential resources and information to support their college journey. You will offer assistance and advice on learning resources, study skills, digital tools and student bursary/financial support funds.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver customer service to stakeholders in person, by telephone and email.
* Provide support to students within the College Future Ready Hubs.
* Administer and support student bursary and financial support funds.
* Offer support and advice regarding a range of Future Ready Hub services including Learning and Library resources, Study skills and digital tools, Student Bursary and Financial Support funds.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification and experience in providing support and guidance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential skills & experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Positive, helpful approach to provide welcoming, supportive and professional services.
* Knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion.
