To strengthen our team in Bristol, UK, we are looking for you to join us full-time at the earliest possible date as
Training and Sales Support Administrator (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process customer and reseller orders, including creating licenses according to internal audit standards.
* Manage monthly customer maintenance renewals, ensuring timely delivery of licenses and online support access.
* Handle online order processing and respond professionally to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
* Provide administrative assistance to Sales Account Managers, including documentation support.
* Assist with organizing customer-facing events as and when required.
Customer Training Administration
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage the training calendar, and maintain accurate attendance records.
* Arrange training logistics, including materials, catering, accommodations, and participant resources.
* Greet and support training delegates at the Bristol office.
* Manage and maintain the company’s online training calendar.
* Issue training certificates and handle administrative training sign-offs.
Your Qualifications:
* Relevant professional experience in administration, office management, sales coordination, or customer service.
* A positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to remain organized under pressure.
* Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
* Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
* High attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving problems.
* A willingness to take initiative and enhance existing processes.
* Experience in training coordination or event logistics is advantageous.
