Leadership Opportunity in Academic Operations
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead faculty operations, driving the delivery of high-quality teaching, research, knowledge exchange and innovation activities across the faculty.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing effective operational leadership and strategic advice on financial planning, resource deployment, risk management and compliance
* Leading and developing a high-performing professional services workforce with clear objectives and efficient processes
* Collaborating closely with professional services directorates to shape operational priorities and support delivery of the Faculty's strategic objectives
The ideal candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience within a large complex organization—ideally in Higher Education—and be educated to degree level or higher equivalent. A strong understanding of academic quality, learning and teaching needs, research innovation needs is essential.
You will have proven expertise in operational leadership including business planning performance monitoring budget resource management. Excellent communication analytical skills emotional intelligence capability building relationships stakeholders is vital for this role.
