Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant Location: Caerphilly About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, experienced and reflective Early Years ASD Teaching Assistant to join our infant team on a maternity cover basis starting 18 May 2026. This role will run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extending into the following academic year. This position requires a Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting children with profound Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and who is able to help create a nurturing, responsive learning environment where every child can thrive. We are particularly interested in individuals who value child-led learning and who bring a thoughtful, holistic approach to early years and infant education. Please note: This role requires previous experience supporting children within an Early Years, Infant or Primary setting, particularly those with additional learning needs.
