National Account Manager
£45,000 DOE + £540 (monthly) Car Allowance or Company Car + 20% Bonus
Bedfordshire - 1 day a week in the office. Monthly travel to customer sites expected.
One of the World's leading consumer brands in Imaging Retail Products is looking for a National Account Manager to provide growth to their Imaging Solutions business.
About you:
You will be responsible for managing and growing national existing and new accounts within your assigned customer portfolio.
What you will be doing:
-You will manage the key retail customers (existing and new) representing the Imaging Retail Division.
-Work with the Business Manager to make sure the key KPI’s are being met within the accounts assigned.
-Working with the relevant buyers within the accounts, to present new products to the buyers/managers/marketing depts. within the account portfolio
-Maximise the account profit via effective negotiation and the implementation of a promotional sales budget, retail promotion plan, and category management initiatives.
-Continually explore and drive new business opportunities within the accounts.
-New customer development, allocation of time to look for new opportunities from all of our current customers as well as in new or emerging sectors.
-Develop a good understanding of the account and the market structure
-Build strong relationships at all levels within the accounts.
-Regular in-store and online audits.
-Utilise SAP.
What we are looking for:
-Experience in working within a National Account Management environment for a large consumer brand.
-Experience working with large retailers.
-Commercial acumen coupled with good negotiation skills.
-A self-motivated, pro-active individual with strong selling skills. Driven to achieve targets.
-Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
-Excellent customer focus (internal and external stakeholders) and attention to detail.
-Pragmatism and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
-Experience using CRMs such as SAP or similar.
-Full UK Driving License required.
