Temp to Perm Distribution & Facilities Assistant
Salary: £14 per hour plus agency exclusive benefits such as holiday allowance on top and retailer discounts. Perm benefits include 25 days holiday plus BH, flexible working, pension, bonus scheme, private healthcare and much more!
Location: Chessington with on-site parking
Hours: 37.25-hour week with flexible working, core hours 10am to 4pm - fully office based!

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Distribution & Facilities Assistant to become a vital part of this dynamic team near to Kingston! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for organisation.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will split your time between two key areas:
Distribution (80% of your role):
* Process Goods In and Goods Out efficiently.
* Ensure stock is stored securely and in compliance with Company Policy.
* Manage shipping for both domestic and export transportation, including export documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dangerous goods regulations.
* Oversee stock control and movement using SAGE X3, including bi-annual stock-takes.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding product quality and pricing.
* Raise purchase orders for building supplies, office supplies, and packaging materials.
Facilities (20% of your role):
* Support the Facilities Manager in maintaining the fabric of the building.
* Assist in planning maintenance and ensuring safety compliance.
* Help manage utility supplies and waste management.
What You Bring:
* Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and transportation logistics.
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
* Familiarity with Import and Export processes and customs regulations.
* Experience with SAGE X3 or similar ERP systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and courier web services.
