Working under the direction of the Head of Service, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality, personalised services that make a real difference to people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a designated area of adult social care practice, ensuring services are person-centred, compliant with legislation, and financially sustainable.
2. Oversee joint delivery arrangements with other services and agencies, including integrated health and social care initiatives, safeguarding functions, and discharge planning, to ensure seamless support for residents.
3. Direct and support operational teams, shaping strategy and driving continuous improvement across service areas. Exercise significant decision-making authority to deliver high-quality outcomes.
4. Ensure services meet statutory requirements and professional standards, using data and feedback to inform planning and maintain excellence in practice across the directorate.
