We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Trainee Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our Cambuslang team and become the welcoming face and voice of our repair centre. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone Booking repairs, managing vehicle handovers, and providing updates throughout the process Supporting the team with queries from customers, insurers, and suppliers Keeping accurate records and maintaining high attention to detail Learning the systems, processes, and customer service standards that make Steer Automotive exceptional What We’re Looking For Enthusiasm for customer service and a professional, approachable manner Good communication and organisational skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive industry A team player who embodies integrity, accountability, and pride in their work No prior automotive experience is required – we provide full training.
