Overview

Compliance Administrator, Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton. Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (plus bonus). Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

What to expect

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our central recruitment and compliance team in Codsall, Wolverhampton. You will oversee and streamline the onboarding process for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses, ensuring candidates meet CQC compliance standards and are eligible to work.


Your responsibilities

* Administer pre-employment checks (eligibility to work, references, DBS processing)
* Conduct audits to ensure staff compliance
* Support recruitment processes to maintain high standards across the business


What we’re looking for

Experience in a compliance and onboarding role. Healthcare experience is a plus but not essential. The role is varied and fast-paced; the ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone for liaising with external organisations and colleagues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, bespoke systems, and online platforms; being computer savvy is sufficient. Building strong relationships is key.
